Detroit, MI – A new poll released Sunday shows Republican candidate for Governor, Chief James Craig, in a strong position to defeat Gov. Gretchen Whitmer.
“The newest poll released today demonstrates what we are hearing from people throughout Michigan. Gretchen Whitmer has to go,” said Chief James Craig. “A majority of people in our state think we are headed in the wrong direction, disapprove of Gretchen Whitmer’s job as governor and will support someone new to provide real leadership for Michigan.”
“I am encouraged everyday by the response we are getting from voters as they learn about my experience of solving problems and leading from the front. There is momentum behind us and we will continue to share our message of creating an economy that provides good paying jobs, improving educational opportunities for our children and ensuring families are safe and protected in communities throughout Michigan.”
